Op je eigen wijs Elk kind ontwikkelt zich weer anders. Bij Junis is daar alle ruimte voor. Een geborgen omgeving waar kinderen zich vrijuit kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarom zeggen wij: doe het op je eigen wijs. En dat geldt ook voor jou als clustermanager. Een dag als clustermanager is nooit hetzelfde. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een aantal locaties. Dit betekent dat je veel contact hebt met de pedagogisch medewerkers op de groepen. Wat hebben zij nodig om goed hun werk te doen? En je ondersteunt hen ook bij het voeren van (lastige) gesprekken met ouders. Daarnaast zie je kansen in de regio om de doorgaande ontwikkellijn voor kinderen constant te verbeteren. Dit doe je samen met je clustercoördinator en collega clustermanagers in de regio, maar ook met samenwerkingspartners zoals scholen en gemeenten. Samen maken jullie dagelijks het verschil voor een kind. Hoe groot of klein deze ook is. Wat je gaat doen - Je werkt intensief samen met collega clustermanagers in jouw regio. Je ziet kansen om de doorgaande ontwikkellijn voor kinderen te verbeteren en weet met wie je moet schakelen om dit mogelijk te maken - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van gemiddeld 30 pedagogisch professionals. Je weet hen te inspireren en motiveren om dagelijks het verschil voor de kinderen te maken - Je kan de wijk goed doorgronden en zien waar kansen en behoeften voor de wijk liggen.
