Binnenstappen in een situatie die om overzicht en besluiten vraagt, zonder lange inwerktijd en zonder ruimte voor twijfel. Maar je kent ook de keerzijde: steeds op zoek naar de volgende opdracht, en telkens opnieuw je weg vinden in een nieuwe organisatie. Bij Kind&co ludens vind je dat werk terug, maar dan binnen één organisatie. Je hoeft niet steeds op zoek naar de volgende opdracht: die zekerheid krijg je in loondienst. En de afwisseling die je gewend bent, hoef je niet los te laten. Dit ga je doen: Je geeft leiding aan een cluster van kinderopvanglocaties, op de momenten dat dat cluster jouw ervaring nodig heeft. Je stapt in, brengt snel overzicht en bepaalt wat er moet gebeuren om het cluster weer in beweging te krijgen. Je zet een koers uit, vertaalt die naar een concreet plan, en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit, financiën en resultaten. Je spreekt mensen aan op verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Naast het draaien van je eigen cluster coach je (senior) pedagogisch professionals en bouw je aan teams die op zichzelf kunnen staan. Je begeleidt ook clustermanagers, bijvoorbeeld bij complexe situaties, bij hun inwerktraject, of wanneer ze nog nieuw zijn in de kinderopvang. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor de regiomanager en denkt mee over vraagstukken binnen de bredere organisatie. Je past bij ons want je: - Hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende, waarvan een substantieel deel in interim-opdrachten of vergelijkbare kortdurende inzet - Bent gewend om zonder lange inwerkperiode overzicht en resultaat te brengen - Ziet snel wat er speelt, ook onderhuids, en weet daar effectief op te sturen - Maakt duidelijke keuzes, ook...
