In het kort: Je gaat een cluster expertise en deskundigheid opzetten en aansturen, complexe gebieds- en infraprojecten adviseren over grondstrategie, knelpunten oplossen, partijen verbinden en zo besluitvorming en realisatie in de regio versnellen. Opdrachtomschrijving Aanleiding en context De Metropoolregio Eindhoven (MRE) staat voor een forse realisatieopgave. Om de opschaling van realisatie te bevorderen wordt een Clustermanager expertise en deskundigheid / Adviseur grondstrategie gezocht. Een professional die met overzicht en ervaring opereert op het snijvlak van inhoud, proces, samenwerking en uitvoering. Het Realisatiebedrijf MRE is de regionale uitvoeringspartner binnen de MRE-samenwerking van 21 gemeenten. Het helpt lokale gemeenten om sneller en slimmer tot realisatie te komen door de regionale samenwerking beter te benutten. Het Realisatiebedrijf MRE bestaat uit de realisatieteams wonen, mobiliteit, energie-infrastructuur en werklocaties. Naast deze teams is een cluster expertise en deskundigheid ingericht in oprichting. Vanuit dit team worden specifieke ontwikkelspecialismes ingezet ter ondersteuning van een grote diversiteit aan vraagstukken in gebiedsontwikkeling en infraprojecten in de regio. Het betreft specialismes zoals grondstrategie, juridica, planeconomie, verwerving, ed. Doel van de opdracht Het doel van de opdracht is met de inzet van expertise en deskundigheid de opschaling in de regio MRE mogelijk te maken. De opdracht is tweeledig. Naast de verantwoordelijkheid voor het clusterteam worden adviezen gegeven bij specifieke grondstrategie vraagstukken. Bijzondere aandacht gaat uit naar het opzetten en inrichten van het clusterteam in aansluiting op de activiteiten van de 4 realisatieteams en in aansluiting op de beschikbare expertise en deskundigheid bij de regio gemeenten. De Clustermanager expertise en deskundigheid / Adviseur grondstrategie draagt aantoonbaar bij aan: - Kortere doorlooptijden van (gesubsidieerde) projecten - Goede samenwer.
