Clustermanager Strategie, Beleid & Advies en Energie (SBAE) Voor de Universiteit Utrecht is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Clustermanager Strategie, Beleid & Advies en Energie (SBAE) voor 24-32 uur per week. Omschrijving van de opdracht De directie Campus & Facilities is op zoek naar tijdelijke invulling van de functie van clustermanager Strategie, Beleid & Advies en Energie. De clustermanager is verantwoordelijk voor het integraal managen en sturen van het cluster SBAE. Het cluster bestaat uit drie afdelingen Strategie, Beleid & Advies en Energie, die ieder worden geleid door een eigen afdelingshoofd. We zoeken een zeer ervaren manager die zorgt voor: - De verbinding tussen de drie afdelingen en de andere clusters binnen de directie C&F; - Daarnaast de integraliteit van de inhoud bewaakt, processen, doelen en resultaten van het cluster, met daarbinnen focus op hierna genoemde specifieke ontwikkelingen. Kern van de rol A. Managen, sturen en ontwikkelen van het cluster - Sturen op de gezamenlijke doelen, resultaten en prioriteiten van het cluster. - Bewaken van de samenhang tussen de verschillende activiteiten en producten binnen het cluster. - Bewaken van de voortgang en het realiseren van de afgesproken resultaten. - Ondersteunen ontwikkeling afdeling Energie: brengt de afdeling Energie aantoonbaar in control op governance, rollen, capaciteit, prioriteiten, risico's en realisatieplanning. - Begeleiden en sturen overname proces UU-middenspanningsring Utrecht Science Park (USP). - Ondersteunen ontwikkeling afdeling Strategie: zorgen voor één integraal afwegings- en prioriteringskader voor vastgoed-, gebieds- en energieinvesteringen, zodat besluitvorming aantoonbaar plaatsvindt vanuit strategie, prestaties, risico, financiën en duurzaamheid. - Zorgen voor uitwerking ontwikkelingsstrategie gebiedsontwikkeling USP. - I.s.m. afdelingshoofd Strategie en directeur C&F implementeren van een versterkte governance structuur voor het Strateg...
