Als CNC-draaier werk je aan hoogwaardige fijnmechanische onderdelen op moderne CNC-draaimachines, waarmee je zeer nauwkeurig en efficiënt werkt. Je draait zowel enkelstuks als middelgrote series. Soms gaat het om unieke onderdelen die maatwerk vereisen, op andere momenten om seriewerk waarbij snelheid en consistentie belangrijk zijn. Je voert productieorders uit op de conventionele en CNC-draaimachines. Je spant het product op, kiest het juiste gereedschap, haalt het programma op en stelt de machine in. Tussentijds controleer je met hulpgereedschappen of het product aan de eisen voldoet. Ook het programmeren van de CNC-draaimachines hoort bij je werk. De materialen en producten lopen sterk uiteen, wat zorgt voor veel variatie in je werk. Uitvoeren van productieorders op de conventionele en CNC-draaimachines Opspannen van het product en kiezen van het juiste gereedschap Programma ophalen en de machine instellen Programmeren van CNC-draaimachines Tussentijds controleren van kwaliteit en producteisen met hulpgereedschappen Draaien van enkelstuks tot middelgrote series uit diverse materialen Wat bieden wij?
