Dit Belgische productiebedrijf levert hoogtechnologische componenten aan klanten binnen sectoren zoals automotive, bouw en industrie. Dankzij een volledig geïntegreerd productieproces, moderne machines en een sterke focus op kwaliteit behoort het bedrijf al jarenlang tot de referenties binnen zijn niche.

Wat houdt de job in? Als CNC Draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige draaiproces van hoogwaardige precisieonderdelen.

  • Instellen, voorbereiden en programmeren van CNC-draaibanken
  • Technische tekeningen analyseren en vertalen naar nauwkeurig afgewerkte werkstukken
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren en opvolgen van CNC-bewerkingen van opstart tot eindcontrole
  • Werken aan unieke stukken en kleine reeksen waarbij kwaliteit belangrijker is dan snelheid
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bijsturen waar nodig om de vooropgestelde toleranties te behalen
  • Technische opleiding in mechanica of verspaningstechnieken
  • Ervaring met CNC draaien en interesse in programmeren is een must
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen en interpreteren
  • Nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding met oog voor kwaliteit, sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
