FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een bedrijf in regio Tielt, gekend in de metaalsector, specialist in het vervaardigen van wielen en technische producten in polyurethaan, gaan wij op zoek naar een CNC-draaier

Zorg jij er voor dat een ritje in een rollercoaster geen hobbelig parcours maar een wervelende rit wordt? Dan is werken als CNC-draaier DE gedraaide job voor jou!

TAKENPAKKET:

  • Bedienen, instellen en programmeren van verschillende machines:

- Machines: EMAG, Mori Seiki, Muratec CNC draaibank

- Verschillende sturingen: Fanuc, ISO programmatie

  • Opmeten, instellen en invoeren van snijgereedschappen
  • Nauwkeurig meten en nulpuntbepaling
  • Meedenken en participeren in het productie-systeem

Deze functie is mogelijk in een 2-ploegenstelsel of in de vaste nacht.

PROFIEL PROFIEL:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, het bedienen en instellen van CNC gestuurde verspaningsmachines en de controles van de afgewerkte producten. Wanneer je fouten detecteert, zoek je uit op welke manier je de machine zal bijsturen
  • Je stelt bewerkingsprogramma’s op punt of wijzigt deze en je kan een basisprogramma opstellen
  • Je bepaalt de verschillende bewerkingsfases en de afstelwaarden (tolerantie, positie,…) van het stuk en het gereedschap
  • Je zorgt er voor dat de machine niet stilvalt
  • Als trotse medewerker hecht je erg veel belang aan kwaliteit en controleer je dit ook in elke stap van het proces. Je stuurt onmiddellijk bij waar nodig zodat het eindproduct perfect voldoet aan de eisen van de klant
  • Je bewaakt continue de orde en netheid in en rond de machine van jouw lijn
  • Je rapporteert je dagelijkse resultaten en vult tijdig en correct de productiebonnen aan.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede ploegoverdracht met jouw collega’s van de volgende shift.
