Provincie Noord-Brabant Werkveld Techniek Word jij enthousiast van groot draaiwerk en zware werkstukken die je niet bij elk bedrijf tegenkomt? Bij Lacom in Budel zoeken we een CNC Draaier die graag werkt aan groot en technisch uitdagend draaiwerk. Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Draaier werk je aan grote onderdelen zoals assen, ringen, cilindermantels en andere zware componenten. De series zijn klein en veel werk is maatwerk. Daardoor is jouw vakmanschap en inzicht belangrijk. Je denkt mee over de beste manier om een product te bewerken: hoe je het opspant, welk gereedschap je gebruikt en in welke volgorde je de bewerkingen uitvoert. Je werkt zelfstandig aan de machine, maar overlegt ook met collega's wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen en bedienen van CNC-draaibanken met Fanuc-besturing - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen - Bepalen van opspanningen, gereedschappen en bewerkingsvolgorde - Uitvoeren van bewerkingen en waar nodig kleine programma-aanpassingen doen - Controleren van maatvoering en kwaliteit van het product - Uitvoeren van metingen, eventueel met 3D-meetapparatuur Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat elk product precies volgens specificatie wordt gemaakt. Wat breng jij mee? Je vindt het mooi om van een ruw stuk staal een nauwkeurig eindproduct te maken. Je werkt zorgvuldig, denkt vooruit en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een vakdiploma in verspaningstechniek of vergelijkbare werkervaring - Het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen - Ervaring met CNC-besturing (bij voorkeur Fanuc) - Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken Ook als je nog niet veel ervaring hebt, maar je wel verder wilt ontwikkelen in het vak, nodigen we je van harte uit om te solliciteren.
