Wij zijn opzoek naar een CNC Draaier in Werkendam, Zuid Holland, Het betreft een functie voor 40 uur per week en het salaris bedraagt € 3000-3900. Wat ga je doen?

je bent een onmisbare schakel in de productie van hoogwaardige kunststofproducten. Je werkt met name met Mazak draaibanken en houdt de volledige controle over het verspaningsproces zodat de beloofde kwaliteit wordt geleverd. - Het aan de hand van tekeningen zelfstandig bedienen en programmeren van de CNC-bewerkingscentra - Instellen van de juiste gereedschappen en het corrigeren hiervan - Je houdt het verspaningsproces nauwlettend in de gaten en stelt bij wanneer nodig - Je beoordeelt de kwaliteit van het product en proces én voert (tussentijdse) controles uit - Je voert (preventief) onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan machines, gereedschappen en spanmiddelen

Onze opdrachtgever is gespecialiseerd in het bewerken van kunststoffen voor grootschalige series tot hoogwaardige kunststof componenten. Hun kernactiviteit is het nauwkeurig CNC verspanen (draaien, draaien-frezen en frezen) van allerlei soorten kunststof. Met hun uitgebreide expertise en geavanceerde machinepark leveren zij consistente kwaliteit en betrouwbare producten voor toepassingen in diverse industrieën.

Wij zoeken iemand met de onderstaande capaciteiten / opleidingen. Heb je dat niet maar zie je jezelf wel in deze functie passen? Neem dan even contact op. Wellicht kunnen we je opleiden. - Productie-ervaring met moderne draai- en freesmachines, bij voorkeur MAZAK - Kennis van verspaningstechnieken - Kennis van Hypermill en/of Autodesk - Ruimtelijk inzicht en technische kennis - Flinke dosis enthousiasme, nieuwsgierigheid, motivatie en verantwoordelijkheid
