- Bedrijven CNC Draaier/Steller Groenlo Heb jij ervaring als CNC Draaier/Steller en werk jij graag in de top van de maakindustrie? Check dan onderstaande vacature bij HFI in Groenlo! Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Draaier/Steller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van verspanende bewerkingen aan diverse Nakamura & Doosan Puma draaimachines. Afhankelijk van jouw niveau start je als operator of ga je direct aan de slag met het zelfstandig programmeren van de machines. HFI is momenteel volledig aan het omschakelen van het programmeren met FANUC naar extern programmeren met CAD/CAM. Je werkt aan fijnmechanische producten vanaf 20 mm tot 200 mm met een hoge nauwkeurigheid in zowel kleine als grote serieaantallen. Daarnaast werk je efficiënt en effectief en communiceer je open met jouw ploegleden, zodat de overdracht naar de volgende ploeg soepel en probleemloos verloopt. Kortom, jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Diverse CNC draaimachines instellen en eventueel programmeren. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren met de daarvoor bedoelde handmeetgereedschappen. - Productieoptimalisatie van bestaande productie en productieprocessen. - Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe bewerkingstechnieken en gereedschappen. - Meedenken in het verbeteren van het proces en de kwaliteit. Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde technische opleiding (bijv. richting verspanen of werktuigbouwkunde) en/of aantoonbare ervaring in verspanende bewerkingen; - Ervaring met het lezen van tekeningen; - Ervaring met Fanuc of TopSolid is een pré; - Je bent een teamspeler, leergierig en bereid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
