Je bewerkt onderdelen van hydraulische cilinders in een moderne werkplaats, met conventionele en CNC-machines, en voert kwaliteitscontroles en meetrapportages uit. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week in dagdienst, met een salaris van € 3.000,- tot € 4.000,- per maand. - Apeldoorn - 32 tot 40 uren per week - Mbo 3 - tussen €3000 en €4000 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Ervaring als conventioneel draaier is een plus. Wij zoeken een enthousiaste nieuwe collega die aan de slag wil bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf dat (grote) cilinders vervaardigt en herstelt. Kom werken in een team waar vakmanschap en precisie centraal staan. 1 Dit ga je doen Je zult deel uitmaken van het productieteam in een moderne en representatieve werkplaats, waar je onderdelen van hydraulische cilinders (geen fijne mechanische bewerkingen) zult bewerken. De producten van onze opdrachtgever variëren in grootte, met een boring van 40 mm tot soms wel 800 mm en een lengte van 150 mm tot ruim 10 meter, wat in gewicht kan oplopen tot wel 40.000 kg. In de productie zijn zowel CNC- als conventionele machines beschikbaar. Je bent een kwaliteitsgerichte en betrouwbare professional die actief meedenkt. J ouw taken als Conventioneel Draaier omvatten onder andere: - Het conventioneel en/of CNC (ook teach-in) draaien van diverse metaalsoorten die variëren in dikte en grootte; - Meestal werk je aan kleine series, maar het bewerken van individuele stuks behoort ook tot de gebruikelijke werkzaamheden; - Het interpreteren van werktuigbouwkundige tekeningen; - Het instellen van verschillende CNC-machines op basis van de gegeven tekeningen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op maatvoering; - Het opstellen van meetrapportages. Het gaat om een functie in dagdienst, je kan zelf kiezen of je om 07:00 of liever 07:30 wil starten en de werkdag duurt tot 16:00 of 16:30 afhankelijk van jouw keu...
