Als CNC-draaier werk je zelfstandig aan de productie van maatwerkstukken in kunststof.

  • Je programmeert en stelt zelfstandig CNC-draaibanken in en werkt sporadisch ook met een kleine CNC-freesmachine.
  • Je produceert maatwerkstukken en uitzonderlijk ook kleine series in diverse soorten kunststoffen volgens de opgegeven specificaties.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde stukken.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie van CNC-draaier zoeken we een kandidaat met de volgende achtergrond en vaardigheden.

  • Je hebt een meerjarige opleiding draaien succesvol afgerond.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-draaien en met zelfstandig programmeren.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen in 2D en 3D correct interpreteren en eenvoudige berekeningen vlot uitvoeren om maten te bepalen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en veilig, met focus op hoge kwaliteit en tiende-millimeterprecisie.
  • Extra pluspunten zijn:Kennis van conventioneel draaien Een geldig basis VCA Ervaring met kunststof
