Frematt nv is onderdeel van TG-Group, een familiaal geleide onderneming met vestigingen in Hoogstraten en Beveren en klanten over de hele wereld. We zijn een groeiende KMO, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen, reviseren en verbeteren van hoogtechnologische verpakkingsmachines.

Frematt is uitgegroeid van een kleine precisiewerkplaats tot een toonaangevende partner op het gebied van reserveonderdelen. Frematt staat bekend om zijn betrouwbaarheid, technische expertise en klantgerichte aanpak, waarbij voortdurend wordt geïnvesteerd in vakmanschap en technologie om productiebedrijven op het hoogste niveau te ondersteunen.

Om onze draai- en freesafdeling te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een CNC draaier voor onze vestiging van Frematt in Meer, Hoogstraten.

Functie

  • Instellen van de 2-assige draaibank (Haas ST35 Cadcam Esprit / Dmg Siemens sturing)
  • Programmeren en produceren van onderdelen volgens technische tekening
  • Kwaliteitscontrole op maatvoering en afwerkingsgraad van zelfgeproduceerde onderdelen
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van productieprocessen
  • Je levert maatwerk en zet onze kennis om in het maken van kritische componenten voor onze verpakkingsmachines
  • Je hebt ervaring als CNC draaier (schoolverlaters met technische achtergrond komen ook in aanmerking)
  • Kennis van Siemens, Esprit Cadcam is een troef
  • Je kan nauwkeurig werken en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én bent een teamspeler
  • Je begrijpt technische tekeningen en meetinstrumenten
  • Je denkt in oplossingen
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands of Engels
  • Je hebt een passie voor metalen, technische kunststoffen, en bent gebeten door techniek
