- De Eurotemp-methode CNC draaier Als CNC-draaier werk je met een computergestuurde draaibank. Jij maakt precieze onderdelen van metaal, bijvoorbeeld voor machines of voertuigen. Je werkt zelfstandig, met moderne machines, in een team waar techniek en gezelligheid samenkomen. En je krijgt elke donderdag uitbetaald en kunt voor langere tijd aan de slag. Als CNC-draaier specialiseer jij je in het verspanen van materiaal met een computergestuurde CNC-draaibank en zorg jij ervoor dat metalen onderdelen perfect worden gemaakt. Jij stelt de draaibank goed in, leest technische tekeningen en controleert of het eindproduct klopt. Je bewerkt ronde of cilindrische werkstukken en maakt kleine én grote series onderdelen. Denk aan assen, koppelingen en ringen van staal, aluminium of kunststof. In plaats van dat het gereedschap draait, zoals bij frezen, draait het werkstuk rond en wordt het gesneden door stilstaande snijgereedschappen. Dit is een mooie functie voor iemand die houdt van precisie, routine en high-tech. Je werkt in een modern bedrijf waar kwaliteit en collegialiteit belangrijk zijn. Waar jij zoal mee bezig bent: - Instellen van draaisnelheid, snijwaarden en gereedschapswissels en het bedienen van de CNC-draaibank; - Het juiste materiaal inspannen en gereedschappen plaatsen en controleren; - Lezen en begrijpen van technische tekeningen; - Productie draaien; - Eventueel aanpassen of schrijven van het programma (vaak in G-code of via CAM-software zoals Fanuc, Siemens of Heidenhain); - Tussentijdse en eindcontrole uitvoeren met micrometers, schuifmaten en ruwheidsmeters om te zien of het product aan de specificaties voldoet; - Zorgen voor een veilige, nette werkplek.
