Als CNC draaier in Dilsen-Stokkem werk je in een modern atelier aan hoogwaardige projecten voor diverse sectoren. Voor deze technische functie in dagdienst ontvang je een uurloon tussen € 17 en € 21, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Je gaat aan de slag in een stabiel familiebedrijf waar vakmanschap en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen

In de rol van CNC draaier sta je in voor het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van computergestuurde draaibanken. Je programmeert de machines of voert aanpassingen uit aan bestaande programma's om metalen onderdelen met uiterste precisie te vervaardigen. Je leest technische tekeningen en bepaalt op basis daarvan de juiste gereedschappen en snijparameters voor elk uniek stuk. Omdat het bedrijf gespecialiseerd is in stukwerk en kleine series, is je takenpakket erg afwisselend en werk je vaak aan complexe prototypes. Tijdens het proces bewaak je de kwaliteit door nauwkeurige metingen uit te voeren, zodat elk product aan de strengste toleranties voldoet.

Je hebt een goede kennis van CNC-sturingen en weet hoe je parameters moet bijsturen om de gewenste nauwkeurigheid te behalen. Je werkt georganiseerd, hebt oog voor detail en draagt zorg voor de machines en je werkomgeving. Omdat je in een hecht team van vakmensen werkt, zijn een collegiale instelling en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal belangrijk.
