Als CNC Draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verspanen van hoogwaardige metalen componenten voor de luchtvaartindustrie. Je werkt met CNC-draaibanken en zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen nauwkeurig volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties worden geproduceerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het instellen, bedienen en controleren van CNC-draaibanken. - Het draaien van complexe onderdelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies. - Het uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles en nauwkeurige metingen om te voldoen aan de strenge kwaliteitseisen binnen de luchtvaart. - Het controleren van het eindresultaat en zorgen voor een goede overdracht naar de volgende ploeg of productiestap. - Het samenwerken met collega's, kwaliteitsmedewerkers en teamleiders om de productieplanning en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te realiseren. - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst met een ochtend- en middagdienst . Hiervoor ontvang je een ploegentoeslag. In de toekomst wordt mogelijk overgeschakeld naar een drieploegendienst. Wat breng je mee?
