Bij WILVO Precision maak je hoogwaardige precisieonderdelen voor onder andere de hightech, machinebouw en industrie. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, werkt met moderne CNC-machines en denkt mee over hoe producten zo goed en efficiënt mogelijk worden gemaakt. Wat ga je doen? Als CNC-Draaier / CNC-Programmeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren, instellen en produceren van complexe precisieproducten. Je werkt onder andere met: · Okuma 7-assige machines; · Miyano-, Doosan- en Hyundai-machines; · Besturingen zoals Fanuc (hoofdzakelijk). Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: · Zelfstandig CNC-programma's schrijven, aanpassen en optimaliseren; · Instellen en afstellen van CNC-draaimachines; · Lezen en beoordelen van technische tekeningen, werkorders en 3D-modellen; · Bepalen van bewerkingsstrategieën, gereedschappen en opspanningen; · Werken met onder andere spantangen en 3-klauw systemen en het uitdraaien van klauwen; · Bepalen van passende verspaningscondities, zoals voedingen en toerentallen; · Meten en controleren met onder andere micrometers, driepuntmicrometers en andere meetmiddelen; · Oplossen van technische problemen en meedenken over maakbaarheid en procesverbeteringen; · Bij nieuwe producten samen met collega's bepalen hoe het product het slimst geproduceerd kan worden. Je werkt met materialen zoals aluminium, RVS, staal, messing en kunststof.
