Wij zoeken een vakman die onze CAD CAM Draai-afdeling van de grond af aan wil opbouwen tot een productie-eenheid waar je écht trots op kunt zijn! Je komt terecht bij een klein, energiek bedrijf dat hoogwaardige metalen producten maakt voor onder andere schepen en landbouwwerktuigen. Reken op een informele werksfeer , directe communicatie en volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling . Jouw Mega Uitdaging Als CNC Draaier/Programmeur ben je direct verantwoordelijk voor de draaiafdeling van de toekomst. - Opbouwen: Het van A tot Z opbouwen en inrichten van onze nieuwe CAD CAM draai-afdeling. - Vakwerk: Zelfstandig programmeren en bedienen van CNC-draaimachines voor zowel kleine als grote projecten. - Kennisdeling: Je deelt actief je kennis met collega's en werkt individueel én in teamverband. - Procesoptimalisatie:Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen om de productie-eenheid te laten groeien. ✅ Wat Vragen Wij Van Jou? De Basis voor Succes - Opleiding: Een afgeronde MBO niveau 3 opleiding in een relevante richting. - Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als CNC Draaier . - CAD CAM: Aantoonbare ervaring met een CAD CAM programma (EZCAM is een pré). - Besturing: Ervaring met het Fanuc besturingssysteem is een pré. - Instelling: Je bent communicatief vaardig , een echte teamspeler en je hebt een flexibele, oplossingsgerichte instelling .
