Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in tandwielkasten, mechanische toelevering en matrijzenbouw.

Van concept en ontwerp tot productie gebeurt alles onder hetzelfde dak, met focus op constante kwaliteit.

Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 1960 in Beernem en is gestart als tweemansbedrijf voor de constructie en handel in landbouwmachines.

Na enkele jaren verschoof de focus naar draai- en freeswerk in toelevering voor diverse sectoren.

Vandaag is het bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een gespecialiseerde speler in mechanische bewerkingen en het ontwerpen van mechanische overbrengingen.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw taken:

  • Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van CNC-draaimachines voor het produceren van mechanische onderdelen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen om stukken correct te vervaardigen.
  • Selecteren en monteren van de juiste snijgereedschappen en opspanningen.
  • Controleren van afgewerkte stukken met meetgereedschap zoals schuifmaat, micrometer en andere meetinstrumenten.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om te garanderen dat de onderdelen voldoen aan de gevraagde toleranties.
  • Bijsturen van machineparameters indien nodig om een optimaal resultaat te behalen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkplek.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor een functie als CNC-draaier zoeken we iemand met volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd in mechanica, verspaning of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-draaien of een sterke interesse om hierin verder te groeien.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je kan werken met meetgereedschap zoals een schuifmaat, micrometer of andere meetinstrumenten.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in team.
  • Je hebt een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt veilig.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen.
