The posting

CNC-DRAAIER Voor de uitbreiding van onze CNC-afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een CNC draaier. Als CNC draaier ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden. Op basis van een tekening en step file maak je met behulp van OneCNC zelf het CAD-CAM programma voor de machine. De doelstelling is dat jij zelf de keuze maakt voor de juiste opspanning en de optimale bewerking met de machine. Als het bewerkingsprogramma is gemaakt laat je de machine het product maken. Binnen onze CNC afdeling maken wij gebruik van een recent en goed onderhouden machinepark. Het machinepark bestaat uit een groot aantal verschillende machines van Victor 36 t/m Doosan Puma 700XLM en VT1100. Voor onze machines maken we gebruik van het besturingssysteem Fanuc. De producten worden in kleine series geproduceerd. Door de beperkte seriegrootte is er veel afwisseling tussen machines en producten. De functie biedt hierdoor veel afwisseling tussen het programmeren van verschillende machines en het draaien van het eindproduct. Wat zijn je werkzaamheden; - Lezen van tekeningen; - Programmeren van bewerkingsprogramma's voor CNC gestuurde machines; - Het materiaal verzamelen om te kunnen draaien; - Bewerken van seriewerk volgens specificaties; - Werkstukken op maatvoeringen controleren; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces, van de tekening lezen tot het eindproduct. Waar zijn wij naar op zoek; - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Gedreven persoon met affiniteit voor techniek; - Ervaring met Fanuc en OneCNC; - Leergierig; - In staat om nauwkeurig en zelfstandig te werken.
