Jobomschrijving

Als CNC draaier werk je met een Teach-in CNC draaibank met Fanuc sturing en neem je het volledige bewerkingsproces op.

  • CNC draaibanken instellen, programmeren en bedienen (Teach-in / Fanuc).
  • Technische tekeningen lezen en vertalen naar bewerkingsstappen.
  • CNC-bewerkingen zelfstandig uitvoeren en het proces opvolgen.
  • Unieke stukken produceren (geen seriewerk).
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op afgewerkte onderdelen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Jij bent iemand die:

  • een technische opleiding heeft of ervaring binnen CNC/draaien
  • kennis heeft van Teach-in CNC en/of Fanuc sturing
  • technische tekeningen kan lezen en begrijpen
  • zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werkt
  • interesse heeft in materialen en verspaningstechnieken

Ervaring in alles is geen must — motivatie en leergierigheid tellen even zwaar.

De ideale collega is...

Iemand die een stevige technische basis heeft of die snel opbouwt in de praktijk, en die:

  • zich thuis voelt bij CNC-draaien of een duidelijke affiniteit heeft met verspaningstechniek.
  • graag werkt met teach-in programmeren; ervaring met Fanuc is een plus.
  • nauwkeurig is in het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
  • bewust omgaat met materialen en bewerkingskeuzes, met aandacht voor toleranties en afwerking.
  • zich vlot aanpast aan een productieomgeving; ervaring daarin is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
