Je werkt aan het vervaardigen van prototypes en kleine series hightech onderdelen met behulp van CNC draaibanken. Je beheert bewerkingsmethodes, selecteert gereedschap en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op hoogwaardige materialen zoals RVS en speciale legeringen. Je werkt met geavanceerde machines en draagt bij aan complexe technische productieprocessen. - Bewerken van hoogwaardige producten met CNC draaibanken van merken zoals Schaublin, Hembrug, Danobat en Okuma - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen - Beheren van bewerkingsmethodes en gereedschapskeuze - Uitvoeren van uitgebreide kwaliteitsbeoordelingen na productie - Verantwoordelijk voor het gehele bewerkingsproces en materiaalgebruik Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van €2.600 tot €3.800 p/m, afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer. - 8% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen. - Kledingtoeslag voor werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. - Onderdeel van de "CAO Metaal en Techniek", inclusief het PMT pensioenfonds voor een goede pensioenopbouw. - Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan jaarlijkse bedrijfsfeesten en doorgroeien via opleidingen en trainingen in de technische sector. Dit neem je mee: - MBO-opleiding in techniek of relevante werkervaring als CNC draaier. - Ervaring met draaien op hoogwaardige machines zoals Schaublin, Hembrug, Danobat of Okuma is een pré. - Kennis van materialen, gereedschappen en draaibanken, en in staat technische tekeningen te lezen. - Nauwkeurig en secuur werken, met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor kwaliteitscontrole. - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed functioneren in een team.
