Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming in fijnmechanische constructies en precisieonderdelen zoeken we een CNC Draaier. Je werkt aan maatwerk voor sectoren waar nauwkeurigheid geen luxe is, maar een absolute vereiste.

Geen bandwerk. Wel technisch uitdagend stukwerk waarbij jouw vakkennis het verschil maakt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als CNC Draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het draaien van grote en kleine machineonderdelen, evenals hydraulische cilinders.
  • Je werkt vanaf technische tekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel volgens de vooropgestelde toleranties wordt afgewerkt.

Een typische werkdag?

  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen, programmeert zelfstandig de CNC draaibank en stelt de machine correct in voor elk nieuw project.
  • Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit, los je kleine technische storingen op en zorg je ervoor dat jouw machine optimaal blijft functioneren door preventief onderhoud uit te voeren.
  • Omdat je werkt aan stukwerk en maatwerk krijg je voortdurend nieuwe technische uitdagingen voorgeschoteld. Geen twee projecten zijn hetzelfde.
  • Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en waar vakmanschap centraal staat.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als CNC Draaier
  • Opleiding in metaalbewerking of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Technische plannen kunnen lezen en interpreteren
  • Zelfstandig CNC machines kunnen programmeren
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles
  • Goede kennis van snijgereedschappen
  • Goede kennis van opspangereedschappen
