Machinemedewerker Draaier-Frezer-Slijper-Bediener vonkerosie machine

Als CNC draaier/frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, installatie en bediening van metaalverwerkende machines. Je gaat aan de slag in de Technische Dienst en maakt, samen met je collega Machine- en Bankmedewerkers, en Werkvoorbereider deel uit van de afdeling Vormbouw. Jullie staan elke dag garant voor het afwerken van unieke stukken in een state-of-the-art, hoogtechnologische werkomgeving.

Hier blink jij in uit:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig vervaardigen van matrijsonderdelen met behulp van de nieuwste machines.
  • Afhankelijk van jouw kennis, ervaring en interesse focus je op één of meerdere specialisaties: draaien, frezen, rondslijpen en vonkerosie.
  • Technische plannen hebben voor jouw geen geheimen.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en voert deze uit volgens de juiste werkmethode en de juiste parameters.
  • Metaalverwerkende machines programmeren, instellen en bedienen, je doet dit op een nauwkeurige manier.
  • Nauwkeurig en correct uitvoeren van opmetingen met behulp van jouw kennis van kalibratie en meettechnieken.
  • Onze machines en gereedschappen geef je regelmatig een onderhoud en indien er tekorten zijn geef je het intern door.

Wat zoeken wij in jou:

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding en je kijkt ernaar uit jouw technische kennis nog verder uit te breiden.
  • Mechanische vormgeving interesseert jou enorm.
  • Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van plannen en de installatie en programmatie.
  • Kwaliteit vormt de rode draad binnen onze bedrijfsomgeving.
  • We staan open voor schoolverlaters die een lange termijn opleidingstraject willen starten voor deze technisch uitdagende functie.
  • Onze ideale kandidaat werkt nauwkeurig met een oog voor detail, is oplossingsgericht, werkt graag in teamverband, is flexibel en kan in afstemming met collega's doelen bereiken.
