Bij de functie CNC Draaier/Frezer behoren een aantal werkzaamheden. Hieronder hebben wij er een paar voor je opgesomd: - Lezen van tekeningen en analyseren van de juiste bewerkingsvolgorde; - Schrijven en modificeren van bewerkingsprogramma's voor CNC gestuurde machines; - Opspannen van het materiaal en de gereedschappen; - Bewerken van de werkstukken volgens aangeleverde specificaties; - Het betreft hier zowel enkel stuks als seriewerk, afhankelijk van de projecten; - Uitvoeren van tussentijdse en eindcontroles aan de hand van de werktekening. Functie-eisen Om in aanmerking te komen voor de uitdagende functie als Draaier/ Frezer moet je jezelf herkennen in de onderstaande punten: - Afgeronde opleiding mbo Verspaningstechniek of Instrumentenmaker op minimaal niveau 2; - Kennis van of ervaring met Okuma besturingen is een pre; - Bij voorkeur relevante werkervaring in de verspaningstechniek als Draaier of Frezer; - In staat te zijn zelfstandig machines te programmeren en in te stellen; - Potentie en bereidheid om het kennisniveau op peil te houden en zo nodig uit te breiden m...
