Als CNC-draaier frezer bewerk je dagelijks metalen onderdelen met conventionele machines en CNC-toepassingen.

  • Je bedient voornamelijk conventionele draai- en freesmachines.
  • Je bewerkt metalen onderdelen volgens de technische vereisten.
  • Je werkt gedeeltelijk met CNC-machines of CNC-toepassingen.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en maatvoering van afgewerkte stukken.
  • Je denkt mee over de aanpak van technische opdrachten en voert je werk nauwkeurig uit.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een technische opleiding, relevante ervaring in verspaning en een goede kennis van conventioneel draai- en freeswerk.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma TSO mechanische vormgevingstechnieken, of over een diploma BSO mechanische vormgevingstechnieken aangevuld met relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als draaier-frezer of in een gelijkaardige verspanende functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van conventioneel draaien en frezen.
  • Ervaring met CNC is een pluspunt. Kennis van lassen en mechanica is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt perfect Nederlands, hebt een stabiel cv, beschikt over goed technisch inzicht en kunt zelfstandig werken en meedenken bij technische uitdagingen.
