Voor een klant actief in de matrijzen- en gereedschapsbouw zoeken wij, als interimkantoor, een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige CNC Draaier / Frezer. Je komt terecht in een modern uitgerust en innovatief bedrijf waar precisie en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving Doel van de functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig bewerken van metalen onderdelen die dienen voor matrijzen en gereedschappen. Dit omvat zowel draai- als freeswerk, met gebruik van zowel conventionele machines als CNC-installaties. Je draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de kwaliteit en precisie van matrijzen voor de productie van kunststof verpakkingsproducten.

Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Instellen, bedienen en programmeren van CNC-draaibanken en CNC-freesmachines
  • Bewerken van onderdelen volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties (2D en occasioneel 3D)
  • Werken met conventionele draaibanken en freesmachines voor specifieke of enkelstuksbewerkingen
  • Machines configureren conform tekening en bewaken van een correcte werking en productie
  • Controleren van maatvoering en toleranties tot micron-niveau, met o.a. schuifmaat, micrometer en 3D-meetbank
  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines
  • Registreren van bewerkingen, instellingen en productiedata in het systeem
  • Overleggen met collega’s en leidinggevende over bewerkingsstappen en planning
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties in bewerkingsmethodes en gereedschapskeuze
  • Instaan voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer
  • Technische opleiding (TSO/BSO) richting werktuigbouwkunde, verspaning of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met CNC-programmering en het lezen van technische tekeningen
  • Minstens 1 jaar ervaring met draaien en/of frezen is een plus
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, kwaliteitsgericht en bent leergierig
  • Teamspeler met flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid
  • Bereidheid om indien nodig in ploegendienst of flexibele uren te werken
