Sommige mensen bedienen een machine. Anderen lezen een plan, denken vooruit en zorgen ervoor dat elk stuk tot op de millimeter klopt.

Voor die tweede zoeken wij bij YouVi versterking.

Voor een professioneel en groeiend bedrijf in Genk zijn we op zoek naar een CNC Draaier / Frezer. Iemand met technisch inzicht, oog voor detail en de motivatie om kwalitatieve stukken af te leveren.

In deze functie werk je mee aan het vervaardigen en bewerken van onderdelen op CNC-gestuurde draai- en freesmachines. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machine correct ingesteld wordt, dat het bewerkingsproces vlot verloopt en dat elk afgewerkt stuk voldoet aan de gevraagde specificaties.

Wat ga je doen?

Als CNC Draaier / Frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van CNC-machines. Je werkt op basis van technische tekeningen, werkorders en productiespecificaties.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Instellen en bedienen van CNC-draai- en freesmachines
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en tekeningen
  • Uitvoeren van draai- en freesbewerkingen volgens specificaties
  • Controleren van afmetingen, toleranties en afwerking
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde stukken
  • Aanpassen van parameters waar nodig
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen of technische storingen
  • Meedenken over een vlot en efficiënt productieproces
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid aan je werkpost

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat elk stuk nauwkeurig, correct en kwalitatief wordt afgewerkt.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken iemand die graag technisch bezig is en voldoening haalt uit precies werk. Je hebt inzicht in verspaning, werkt gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring als CNC draaier, CNC frezer of CNC operator
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen
  • Je hebt kennis van draai- en freesbewerkingen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in team
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht bij technische uitdagingen
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en respect voor veiligheid
  • Ervaring met programmeren of aanpassen van CNC-programma’s is een pluspunt
  • De juiste mentaliteit en leergierigheid zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk als ervaring
