Voor een gerenommeerd bedrijf in Diest zijn wij op zoek naar een CNC Draaier / Operator die het atelierteam komt versterken. In deze rol werk je volledig in het atelier, in dagdienst, waardoor je kunt rekenen op een stabiele werk-privébalans.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als CNC Draaier / Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig bedienen en instellen van CNC-draaimachines. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het bedienen en instellen van CNC-draaimachines.
  • Het produceren van onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen en werkopdrachten.
  • Het controleren van afmetingen en kwaliteit van de geproduceerde stukken.
  • Het uitvoeren van kleine correcties en aanpassingen aan de machine.
  • Het selecteren en correct gebruiken van gereedschappen.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces.
  • Het signaleren en oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Het onderhouden en netjes houden van je werkpost en machines.
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen het atelier om de productie vlot te laten verlopen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een technisch gemotiveerde kandidaat die zelfstandig kan werken en oog heeft voor detail en kwaliteit. Jij:

  • Hebt ervaring als CNC draaier/operator.
  • Beschikt over goede technische kennis en inzicht.
  • Kan technische tekeningen en meetgegevens begrijpen.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Hebt ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van CNC-machines.
  • Bent kwaliteitsbewust en werkt graag verzorgd.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband.
  • Bent betrouwbaar en hebt een professionele werkhouding.
  • Bent gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
