Bij Mestdagh Fine Mechanical Supplier zoeken we een CNC-draaier. We zoeken een denker én doener. Iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zowel prototypes als series. Iemand die programmeert en optimaliseert.

Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit

Als CNC-draaier/-programmeur ben jij de spilfiguur tussen management en productie. Je programmeert, stelt in en bedient onze CNC-draaimachines. Bovendien denk je proactief mee over hoe we ons werk nóg efficiënter kunnen laten draaien. Jouw ISO-programmeerkennis én praktijkervaring maken van jou de missing link in ons team.

Dit ga je doen:

  • zelfstandig onderdelen programmeren
  • onze CNC-draaimachines (Fanuc-sturing) instellen en bedienen
  • prototypes opstarten en verfijnen tot efficiënt seriewerk
  • technische tekeningen correct interpreteren
  • kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en processen optimaliseren waar nodig
  • jouw machines in topconditie houden met gepast onderhoud

Het geschikte profiel heeft:

  • ervaring als CNC-draaier
  • sterke programmeervaardigheden
  • affiniteit met draaimachines en seriematige productie

  • je bent vertrouwd met Fanuc-sturing (of wil je het graag aanleren)
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht
