Binnenkort installeren zij nieuwste Geminis draaibank en hebben plek voor een collega die met deze hypermoderne machine kan en wil werken. Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende functie als CNC Draaier waarbij je zowel met machines als met productontwikkeling aan de slag gaat? Bij Enerpac bieden ze jou de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen in het produceren van grote, complexe onderdelen voor diverse eindproducten op onze nieuwe Geminis draaibank. Je maakt zowel prototypes als eindproducten en waarborgt een goede, veilige werkomgeving.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- Machine productie gereed maken: Jij stelt deze machine perfect in voor efficiënte productie. - Verspanende werkzaamheden: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het draaien van onderdelen. - CNC-programma’s maken en testen: Jij ontwikkelt en test CNC-programma’s voor het draaien van complexe vormen en onderdelen, zodat deze voldoen aan de hoge kwaliteitsnormen. - Prototypen ontwerpen: Als CNC Draaier ben jij ook betrokken bij het ontwerpen en vervaardigen van prototypes voor nieuwe producten en toepassingen. - Apparatuur onderhouden: Je draagt zorg voor het onderhoud van de machines en zorgt ervoor dat deze optimaal blijven draaien.

- Een afgeronde, relevante opleiding. Bijvoorbeeld Verspaningstechnoloog of soortgelijk. - Aantoonbare ervaring als CNC Draaier. - Kennis en ervaring met Fanuc besturing. - Bereidheid om een cursus voor de nieuwe machine te volgen, indien nodig.
