Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bedient en stelt de CNC-machines in op basis van stukdossiers inclusief bepalen van nulpunten, selecteren van CNC-programma's en correct positioneren van werkstukken.
  • Je bepaalt het snijgereedschap en voert de verspanende bewerkingen uit volgens technische specificaties.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontrole uit van bewerkte stukken aan de hand van meetvoorschriften en technische tekeningen met bijsturing van parameters waar nodig.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor afwerkingstaken zoals reinigen en ontbramen van werkstukken.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie en administratieve opvolging van afgewerkte stukken.
  • Je genoot een opleiding binnen CNC of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met geometrieassen en CNC-besturingssystemen
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het interpreteren van ISO-gecodeerde computerprogramma's
