Für den Standort in 8700 Leoben wird eine engagierte CNC-Dreherin / ein engagierter CNC-Dreher gesucht. Wenn Sie gerne präzise arbeiten, moderne Werkzeugmaschinen beherrschen und Freude daran haben, Programme zu erstellen und zu optimieren, freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung!

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständiges Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Drehmaschinen

* Sicherer Umgang mit Werkzeugmaschinen wie Dreh-, Fräs- und Schleifmaschinen

* Lesen, Interpretieren und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen und Unterlagen

* Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen (Heidenhain, Siemens, Sinumerik, Okuma)

* Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen mittels Mess- und Prüfmitteln

* Verantwortung für Präzision, Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität der Bauteile

* Mitarbeit in der Einzelteilfertigung sowie Kleinserienproduktion

* Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und aktive Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Metalltechniker:in, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Zerspanung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Einzelteilherstellung oder Kleinserienfertigung

* Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC- und konventionellen Werkzeugmaschinen

* Programmierkenntnisse in Heidenhain, Siemens, Sinumerik oder Okuma

* CAM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Routine im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln

* Selbstständige, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein B mit eigenem PKW

Arbeitszeiten:

* 06:00 - 14:00 Uhr & 14:00 - 22:00 Uhr

* Samstag-Arbeit: nur nach Vereinbarung als Überstunden
