·Du bringst deine Erfahrung ein und erstellst CNC-Programme für unsere Fräsmaschinen mit TopSolid CAM

·Komplexe Einzelteile und Kleinserien programmierst du anhand von technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen

·Gemeinsam mit dem Team wählst du die passenden Werkzeuge, Spannmittel und Bearbeitungsstrategien aus

·Die Arbeitsvorbereitung für deine CNC-Projekte übernimmst du selbstständig

·Bestehende Programme optimierst du laufend und hast dabei Qualität, Effizienz und einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Blick

·Bei neuen Fertigungsprozessen und Werkzeugen bringst du dich aktiv ein

Im engen Austausch mit Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktion sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Zerspanungstechnik, Werkzeugbau, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

·Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit TopSolid CAM ist für diese Position zwingend erforderlich

·Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der CNC-Fräsprogrammierung, idealerweise im 3- bis 5-Achs-Bereich

·Technische Zeichnungen und CAD-Daten kannst du sicher lesen und verstehen

Versierte Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
