Alpha Synergy GmbH sucht ab sofort 1 CNC-Facharbeiter (w/m/d) Drehen/ Fräsen

Einsatzort: 9400 Wolfsberg

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen CNC-Techniker (w/m/d) für eine langfristige Position mit Übernahmemöglichkeit zur ehestmöglichen Einstellung.

Aufgaben:

- Du bist verantwortlich für das Programmieren zur Herstellung von komplexen Teilen auf

3/5-Achs-Fräsmaschinen.

- Du kümmerst dich um das Rüsten der Maschinen inklusive Werkzeugvorbereitung und

Materialzuschnitt.

- Du bist zuständig für die Anfertigung von Spann- und Montagevorrichtungen für Fertigung und Montage.

- Du stellst die Qualität deiner Produkte mittels Prüfen und Vermessen sicher.

- Reinigung und Wartung der Maschinen und Werkzeuge zählt ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben.

- 5S ist für dich kein Fremdwort und du achtest auf dessen Einhaltung in deinem Bereich.

Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene Lehre im Metallbereich,

- Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fertigung und in der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen von Vorteil

- Gute Kenntnisse über Zerspanbarkeit diverser Werkstoffe

- Gute Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung (HEIDENHAIN, Siemens, ProfiCam, TopSolid, ...) von Vorteil

- Kenntnisse zur Werkzeugauswahl

- Gute Kenntnisse in Form- und Lagetoleranzen, Zeichnungen lesen und Messtechnik

- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zur Mehrarbeit

- Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Schichtarbeit in Ausnahmefällen

- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine genaue und systematische Arbeitsweise

- Gute PC-Kenntnisse

- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Entlohnung: mindestens € 17,65 brutto/ Stunde - Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung

Arbeitszeit: 3-Schichtbereitschaft (Frühschicht/Nachmittag/Nachtschicht) im Wochendienst
