Als CNC-Frezer bij onze klant in Zwijndrecht produceer je hoogwaardige onderdelen op grote CNC-freesmachines. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, programmeren en instellen van deze machines, die zijn uitgerust met een Heidenhain-sturing. Om tot het perfecte eindresultaat te komen, interpreteer je nauwkeurig technische tekeningen en specificaties. Je voert strenge kwaliteitscontroles uit op de afgewerkte producten en brengt zelfstandig correcties aan waar dat nodig is. Binnen een dynamische productieomgeving werk je nauw samen met je collega's om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie continu te ondersteunen en denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen. Afhankelijk van de workload werk je in een flexibel 2-ploegensysteem.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een minimale basiskennis van CNC-frezen, hoewel dit een pluspunt is en geen strikte verplichting.
  • Je hebt een grote interesse om specifiek te werken met grote CNC-freesmachines en de Heidenhain-sturing aan te leren.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en bent in staat om uiterst nauwkeurig te werken volgens technische tekeningen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig te werk gaan en neemt initiatief bij het uitvoeren van je taken.
  • Je hebt een leergierige ingesteldheid en wilt jezelf continu blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht wanneer je geconfronteerd wordt met technische uitdagingen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent volledig bereid om flexibel in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
