The posting

Als CNC-operator/programmeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van CNC-programma’s voor zowel freesmachines als draaibanken, zowel manueel als via CAM-software. Daarnaast bedien je deze machines zelfstandig. Je beschikt over de nodige inventiviteit en creativiteit om oplossingen te bedenken en werkt probleemloos op autonome basis. Afhankelijk van de nood kan je ook lichte montagewerkzaamheden uitvoeren.

Doel van de functie

  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid in en rond de CNC-machines
  • Op peil houden en correct beheren van tooling (frezen, houders, ...)
  • Aanmaken van CNC-programma’s
  • Opstellen van CAM-programma’s
  • Laden en ontladen van de bewerkingsmachines
  • Bereidheid om kleine montagewerkzaamheden uit te voeren
  • Werken volgens de vereiste nauwkeurigheden
  • Gebruikmaken van meettechnieken en meetmiddelen
  • Correct invullen van dag- en controlekaarten
  • Kwaliteit
  • Werkstukken afleveren volgens tekening en specificaties
  • Gepast optreden bij onveilige situaties
  • ...
  • TSO Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige productieomgeving
  • Starters met de juiste motivatie en technische aanleg komen eveneens in aanmerking
  • Goede vaardigheid in het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen
  • Ervaring met CNC-frezen of -draaien is een duidelijke troef
