Voor de versterking bij onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren CNC Frezer/Draaier die zelfstandig kan programmeren en werken met CAM-software.

Je staat in voor de productie van machineonderdelen, voornamelijk unieke stukken en kleine series. Dankzij jouw technische expertise vertaal je technische tekeningen naar efficiënte CNC-programma's en zorg je voor een kwalitatieve afwerking van complexe onderdelen.

Je werkt met FeatureCAM of Fusion 360 voor het programmeren van de bewerkingen. Hoewel een operator instaat voor het instellen van de machines, neem je zelf ook de opvolging van complexe stukken voor jouw rekening en bewaak je de kwaliteit gedurende het productieproces.

Omdat de geproduceerde onderdelen vaak nog verdere interne bewerkingen ondergaan, werk je nauw samen met collega's uit andere afdelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zelfstandig programmeren van CNC-machines met behulp van CAM-software (FeatureCAM of Fusion 360).
  • Produceren van mechanische onderdelen op basis van technische tekeningen.
  • Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en bewerkingsstrategieën.
  • Opvolgen van complexe werkstukken tijdens het volledige productieproces.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en waarborgen van nauwkeurige afwerking.
  • Actief samenwerken met de collega's van andere afdelingen om een vlotte doorstroming van de onderdelen te garanderen.
  • Een uitdagende functie binnen een technisch sterk en gedreven team.
