Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team binnen een zeer modern machinepark, waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en technische ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als CNC Frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verspaningsproces, van voorbereiding tot kwaliteitscontrole.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bepalen van de juiste bewerkingsvolgorde
  • Beoordelen van productieprocessen
  • Maken, aanpassen en uitvoeren van CNC-programma's
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen
  • Selecteren en instellen van de juiste gereedschappen
  • Bepalen van de correcte opspanning van werkstukken
  • Instellen van snijgereedschappen en correcte snijparameters
  • Produceren van zowel stukwerk als seriewerk
  • Controleren van de geproduceerde stukken en toleranties
  • Ontbramen en afwerken van de producten
  • Opstarten en bewaken van het productieproces
  • Opsporen van storingen en waar mogelijk zelf bijsturen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en basisonderhoud aan de machines
  • Registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens

Je werkt met verschillende materialen, waaronder aluminium, koper, staal, RVS en gietijzer.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch secundair werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen
  • Je hebt interesse in CNC-frezen en verspaning
  • Ervaring met CNC-programmering is een pluspunt
  • Je bent gedreven en gemotiveerd
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ordelijk
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken
  • Je bent resultaatgericht
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands

Geen uitgebreide CNC-ervaring? Ook kandidaten met een goede technische basis en de juiste motivatie kunnen in aanmerking komen. Er is interne opleiding mogelijk.
