Ben jij op zoek naar een afwisselende baan waarin je processen verbetert en kwaliteit borgt? Dan is deze functie als CNC Frezer bij VDL Konings in Swalmen iets voor jou. Samen met 13 collega-verspaners maak je hoogwaardige producten voor onder andere de medische, defensie- en semiconductorindustrie.

Jouw werkzaamheden Je werkt projectmatig aan uiteenlopende opdrachten, van enkelstuks tot middelgrote series. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat maakt het werk afwisselend en uitdagend. Naast het frezen zelf ga je aan de slag met:

- Meedenken over de juiste bewerkingsstrategie - Zelfstandig opspannen en instellen van producten - Optimaliseren van processen - Borgen van kwaliteit - Controleren en afwerken van producten

Je werkt in 2-ploegendienst, zodat je afwisselt tussen vroege en late diensten.

Wat we van jou vragen Je bent een echte vakman die graag zelfstandig werkt en trots is op kwaliteit. Je kunt gietstukken en lassamenstellingen zelfstandig opspannen, uitmiddelen en bewerken. Ook het programmeren van een Heidenhain- of Siemensbesturing is voor jou geen probleem. Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende:

- Ervaring met een 3-assige en bij voorkeur 5-assige freesbank - Ervaring met boren en kotteren van grote passingen - Je kunt zelfstandig programmeren met Heidenhain en/of Siemens - MBO werk- en denkniveau, richting Verspaning niveau 3 of 4 - Kennis van tekening lezen en geometrische meettechniek - Je bent bereid om in 2-ploegendienst te werken
