Ben jij een ervaren CNC Frezer die graag werkt met moderne machines en uitdagende werkstukken? Werk je het liefst in dagdienst met prettige werktijden én uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou! Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in de regio Ridderkerk zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige CNC Frezer. Je werkt aan hoogwaardige onderdelen voor uiteenlopende technische toepassingen. Kwaliteit, precisie en vakmanschap staan hierbij centraal. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines; - Bewerken van enkelstuks en kleine tot middelgrote series; - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen; - Uitvoeren van maatcontroles met diverse meetmiddelen; - Wisselen van gereedschappen en optimaliseren van bewerkingsprocessen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen in het productieproces. Wat heb je nodig? Voor deze functie zoeken wij een vakman met passie voor verspaning. Jij werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en bent trots op het eindresultaat. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting Verspaningstechniek, Metaal of Werktuigbouwkunde; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als CNC Frezer; - Ervaring met het zelfstandig instellen van CNC-machines; - Kennis van technische tekeningen en meetgereedschappen; - Ervaring met Heidenhain, Fanuc of Siemens is een pré; - Een kwaliteitsgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding.
