Werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit stukken die tot op de millimeter kloppen? Dan is dit een job waar je technisch echt je ding kan doen.

Voor een technisch productiebedrijf regio Izegem zoeken we een CNC frezer in 2 ploegen. Je werkt met moderne CNC machines en krijgt de kans om jezelf technisch verder uit te bouwen binnen een stabiele omgeving.

Functieomschrijving

Als CNC frezer bedien je één of meerdere CNC machines voor het bewerken van mechanische onderdelen.

Je werkt met Siemens en/of Heidenhain sturingen en zorgt ervoor dat elk stuk correct en nauwkeurig afgewerkt wordt.

Je takenpakket:

  • CNC machines bedienen en opvolgen
  • Machines ombouwen volgens werkopdracht
  • Onderdelen nauwkeurig bewerken
  • Parameters controleren en bijsturen
  • Werken volgens technische plannen
  • Gereedschappen correct selecteren en gebruiken
  • Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren op afgewerkte stukken
  • Samenwerken met collega’s binnen productie

Precisie is hier geen detail maar de basis van het werk. Je weet dus wat nauwkeurig werken echt betekent.

  • Ervaring als CNC frezer is een plus
  • Kennis van Siemens en/of Heidenhain sturing is mooi meegenomen
  • Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid
  • Kennis van gereedschappen en materialen
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen
  • Leergierige en gemotiveerde ingesteldheid
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Oog voor detail en kwaliteit

Schoolverlaters met de juiste technische opleiding en motivatie komen ook in aanmerking.
