Als CNC frezer werk je met moderne machines en zorg je voor nauwkeurige bewerkingen van onderdelen. Dit is geen “op knop duwen en klaar”-job, maar technisch werk waar inzicht telt.

Je bedient één of meerdere CNC machines met Siemens of Heidenhain sturing. Je stelt de machine correct in, bouwt ze om waar nodig en zorgt dat alles draait volgens de werkopdracht.

Je kiest de juiste gereedschappen en materialen en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit van de stukken. Afwijking gezien? Dan grijp je in.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt de productie op van dichtbij. Je weet dat kleine details een groot verschil maken.

Wat nodig is om hier goed te functioneren:

  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in CNC bewerking
  • Kennis van of interesse in Siemens of Heidenhain sturing
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken
  • Inzicht in gereedschappen en materialen
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Bereidheid om in 2 ploegen te werken

Ervaring is een plus, maar geen must.
