The posting

Je werkt op de CNC‑afdeling samen met drie collega's. Je stelt zelfstandig in, bouwt om en denkt actief mee over de beste aanpak per product. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

- Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van CNC‑freesmachines - Bewerken, afwerken en verpakken van producten - Programmeren in Tebis, CAD/CAM (als je dit nog niet kan, helpen collega's je graag) - Registreren van productie, uren en afwijkingen in VBS - Kwaliteitsmetingen en visuele controles uitvoeren - Helpen van je collega's terwijl jouw machine draait - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de productie, zoals nieuwe freesstrategiëen en automatiseringen

- Mbo+ werk‑ en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de verspaning, constructiebankwerker of techniek - Je kunt nauwkeurig meten (schuifmaat) en visuele controles uitvoeren - Heftruckcertificaat & vca (of bereid deze te halen via WerkTalent) - Ervaring met Tebis of andere cad/cam‑software is een plus - Bereid om in 2‑ploegen te werken (met werktijden van 06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00) - Bereidheid om in de toekomst, zodra je op niveau bent, storingsdiensten te draaien (1x in de 4 weken)
