Je programmeert, stelt in en freest met uiterste precisie, waarbij je telkens weer wordt uitgedaagd om de hoogste kwaliteit te leveren. Onze locatie in Mijdrecht bevindt zich in een waanzinnig enerverende fase! In oktober pakken we onze spullen en verhuizen we naar een nieuw pand slechts een paar meter verderop. Hier gaan we alles opnieuw opbouwen én creëren we alle ruimte voor onze mooie uitbreidingsplannen in 2027. Mijdrecht is een kleine, hechte club waar hard werken en plezier hand in hand gaan. Binnen dit gezellige team ben jij geen nummer, maar een cruciale schakel in ons succes. Samen bouwen we hier aan de toekomst met een duidelijke focus op vernieuwing, verjonging en keiharde groei. Dit ga je doen - Het zelfstandig volgens tekening vervaardigen van kwalitatief hoogstaande producten. - Het vervaardigen van enkel stuks of kleine series. - Het zelfstandig programmeren en instellen van CNC freesbanken met behulp van Heidenhain en/of Fanuc. - Werken met 3-assige en/of 5-assige freesbanken van DMG, Mori Seiki, Hermle, Ibarmia en Matec. - Je werkt met en zonder robot beladingen, wat een extra dimensie aan het werk geeft. - Het meten van de gemaakte producten. Dit is wat we graag in je zien - Een afgeronde technische opleiding als precisieverspaner op MBO-niveau 3 of 4 - Je kunt zelfstandig alle tekeningen in de machine programmeren - Je kan goed communiceren met de teamleiders, werkvoorbereider en collega's. - Je hebt ervaring in het werken met CNC-machines - Ervaring met Heidenhain 350 en/of Okuma OSP is een pre maar geen must - Je b...
