Dit bedrijf is een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op bewerking van kunststofcomponenten en het vervaardigen van hoogwaardige precisieonderdelen. De werkvloer in Son en Breugel is gericht op praktische uitvoering en technische vakmanschap waarbij zowel het instellen van gereedschappen als het uitvoeren van onderhoud belangrijke taken zijn. Medewerkers voeren controles uit op productkwaliteit en nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor het verspaningsproces en het gebruik van spanmiddelen. De organisatie zoekt mensen die passie hebben voor techniek en precisie en die zichzelf willen blijven verbeteren in hun vak. - Je programmeert, stelt in en bedient CNC draai-frees machines op basis van werktekeningen als CNC Draaier

- Je stelt de juiste gereedschappen in en controleert spanmiddelen tijdens het bewerkingsproces

- Je bewaakt het verspaningsproces en past instellingen aan om de kwaliteit te waarborgen

- Je beoordeelt de productkwaliteit en voert benodigde controles en metingen uit als CNC Draaier

- Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan machines, gereedschappen en spanmiddelen

Functie-eisen: - Ervaring met een moderne CNC draai-frees combinatie

- Ervaring met CAM- of besturingssoftware is een pré

- Kennis van verspaningstechnieken en gereedsch
