Voor de vacature CNC Frezer Schijndel zoeken we een nieuwe collega die zelfstandig aan de slag gaat met verspanende bewerkingen op onze 3 en/of 5-assige machines. Onze producten: Je werkt aan fijnmechanische producten in zowel kleine tot middelgrote series, van 5 tot maximaal 1000 stuks. Op deze locatie werk je met diverse soorten kunststoffen. Onze machines: Binnen ons moderne machinepark werk je zelfstandig aan het instellen van onze 3-assige CNC-machines met Fanuc-besturing. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van onze geavanceerde 5-assige machines ook met Fanuc-besturing. Deze 5-assige machines zijn allemaal uitgerust met geautomatiseerde systemen, wat zorgt voor een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte werkomgeving. Benieuwd naar hoe dat eruitziet in de praktijk? Ons proces: Tijdens het proces voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en houd je digitale documentatie bij van gereedschapslijsten, spanmiddelen en programma's. Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op. In deze rol werk je in een klein team met 4 collega's. Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde technische opleiding richting verspaning en/of aantoonbare ervaring als CNC Frezer. - Kennis van CNC besturingen, bij voorkeur Fanuc en of Heidenhain, het lezen van technische tekeningen en kennis van vorm- en plaatstoleranties. - Je blijft graag op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe bewerkingstechnieken en gereedschappen. - Je denkt actief mee in het verbeteren van het proces en onze kwaliteit. - Je bent leergierig en hebt een proactieve instelling - Beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal (voertaal Nederlands) Wat bieden wij jou? - Een baan voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. - Naast uiteraard een mooi salaris (afhankelijk van jouw leeftijd en ervaring) ontvang je ook onderstaande arbeidsvoorwaarden: -...
