Dit is een functie als CNC Frezer in het weekend. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig frezen van grafiet en silicium producten met behulp van CNC-programma's, bewerkingsinstructies, mallen en gereedschappen. Je meet je eerste product en stelt indien nodig bij, optimaliseert CNC-programma's en bewerkingscondities, en legt standaard bewerkingsmethoden vast. Enkele werkzaamheden: - Het maken van producten met CNC-freesmachines en bijbehorende gereedschappen - Het voorstellen en maken van programma's voor nieuwe producten - Het bedienen van workcenters en het zelfstandig frezen - Het bedienen en interpreteren van meetmachines en rapportages genereren - Het optimaliseren van CNC-programma's en verspaningscondities Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris van €2800 tot €4700 p/m, afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer. - 8% vakantiegeld en 27 vakantiedagen plus 13 ADV dagen. - Kledingtoeslag voor werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. - Onderdeel van de CAO Metaal en Techniek, inclusief het PMT pensioenfonds voor een goede pensioenopbouw. - Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan een personeelsvereniging en toegang tot professionele ontwikkelings- en opleidingsmogelijkheden. Dit neem je mee: - MBO-opleiding in de richting verspaning of vergelijkbaar, aangevuld met basiscursus CNC frezen of programmeren (bij voorkeur Heidenhain besturing). - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante praktijkervaring als CNC Frezer. - Ervaring met het werken met lage toleranties en nauwkeurig frezen. - Kennis van verspanende gereedschappen en CNC-programma's. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
