Als CNC Frezer werk je met complexe freesmachines en zorg je ervoor dat onderdelen exact volgens tekening worden bewerkt. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw vakmanschap maakt hierin echt het verschil. Het werk is zeer nauwkeurig en gaat echt om millimeterwerk. Kleine afwijkingen kunnen grote gevolgen hebben, dus jij weet hoe belangrijk het is om secuur en geconcentreerd te werken. Je houdt je bezig met: - Het instellen, bedienen en waar nodig bijstellen van CNC freesmachines - Het lezen van technische tekeningen en vertalen naar de juiste bewerking - Het kiezen van de juiste gereedschappen en opspanningen - Het controleren van maatvoering en kwaliteit van producten - Het optimaliseren van programma's en processen Je werkt met geavanceerde machines waarbij nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht essentieel zijn.
