CNC Frezer Leerdam Wat ga je doen? Als CNC Frezer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van verspanende bewerkingen op verschillende machines. Je gaat direct aan de slag met het zelfstandig bedienen en programmeren met Hypermill. Je rouleert vaak tussen machines, wat ervoor zorgt dat je veel variatie in je werk krijgt. Je werkt aan fijnmechanische producten met een hoge nauwkeurigheid in zowel kleine als middelgrote series. Diverse materialen, zoals RVS, aluminium en staalsoorten, komen aan bod. Tijdens het proces voer je controles uit en houd je uitgebreide digitale documentatie bij van gereedschapslijsten, spanmiddelen en programma's. Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op en je voert ook preventief onderhoud uit in overleg met onze technische dienst. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Bepalen van de werkvolgorde; - Opstarten van de eerste productierun en het nameten van de onderdelen; - Plaatsen van de gekozen gereedschappen in de machine en het bijhouden van standtijden; - Bewaken en verbeteren van het productieproces; - Meedenken om het productieproces zo efficiënt mogelijk in te richten. Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde technische opleiding richting verspaning en/of aantoonbare ervaring als verspaner/CNC Frezer; - Ervaring met een 3-assige/5-assige freesmachine of de ambitie om jezelf hierin te ontwikkelen; - Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen en kennis van vorm- en plaats toleranties; - Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en oog voor kwaliteit : deze eigenschappen zijn belangrijk om de kwaliteit hoog te houden van de productie van de meest verfijnde en ingewikkelde mechanische componenten Geen ervaring als Frezer, maar wel een diploma Verspanen op zak?
